Returns
You may return items within 14 days of receiving your order. Please ensure that items are in their original packaging, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and it has undergone a quality check, we will send you an email to notify you. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment within 14 working days.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund within the stipulated time, we recommend checking with your bank or credit card company as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at sales[@]pujahome.com.
Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, please contact our customer service team.
